Shipping Rates

• Flat rate: $9.95 on all US orders under $99.
• Free shipping: Orders of $99 or more ship free.
• Shipping cost is calculated on frame price before tax.

Delivery Times

• Processing: 1–2 business days after order placement.
• Transit: 3–7 business days to most US destinations.
• You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays do occasionally occur.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories.

Packaging

Frames are shipped in the manufacturer's original case, bubble-wrapped and boxed for safe transit. All original manufacturer accessories (cleaning cloth, case, documentation) are included.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@eyesites.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
