Yes. Every frame we sell is sourced through the Luxottica authorized distribution network. You receive the original manufacturer's case, cleaning cloth, and any included accessories — exactly what you would get from a retail optical shop, at a significantly lower price.
No. We sell frames only — no lenses are included. You can order any frame without a prescription. Once your frames arrive, take them to any optical shop or lens lab to have your prescription lenses cut and fitted. Most opticians will fit lenses into frames you bring in, though some may charge a fitting fee.
No. EyeSites sells frames only. The frames come with demo (non-prescription) lenses from the manufacturer. You have your lenses fitted locally by an optician or through an online lens lab. This is intentional — it keeps our prices low and gives you full freedom to choose your lens type, coating, and material independently.
Every product page lists the frame dimensions in the standard format: lens width – bridge width – temple length (e.g., 52-18-145). The best method is to find these numbers on the inside of your current frames — they are usually printed on the left temple — and order a similar size. Our size guide also explains what each number means and how to measure your face if you do not have a current pair to reference.
Most of our rectangular and large-lens frames are progressive-compatible. Frames that are not recommended for progressives — such as small round frames, cat-eyes, and butterfly shapes — are noted on each product page. If in doubt, check with your optician before ordering, as progressive compatibility depends on the minimum fitting height of the specific lens you need.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn frames in their original condition with original packaging. Frames that have had lenses fitted cannot be returned. Contact us at contact@eyesites.com with your order number to start a return. See our full Returns page for details.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the contiguous US. We ship to all 50 states. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat rate of $9.95, regardless of how many frames you order.
Contact us at contact@eyesites.com with your order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Frames are packed in the manufacturer's original case and bubble-wrapped for transit — transit damage is uncommon but does occasionally happen.
We do not currently offer a try-on program, but we do offer a 30-day return window for unworn frames. Many customers find that the standard size notation (lens-bridge-temple in mm) gives enough information to order with confidence — particularly if you have a current pair you can measure.
Not currently. EyeSites is focused on prescription optical frames from Luxottica's brand portfolio. We may expand to prescription sunglasses in the future.
