30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible frames. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
Eligibility
- Frames must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Original packaging, case, and accessories must be included.
- Frames with lenses fitted by an optician are not eligible for return. Once lenses have been cut and installed, the frame is considered used.
- Demo lenses (the non-prescription lenses included with the frame) must not be removed or replaced before return.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@eyesites.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Ship the frames back in their original packaging using the label provided.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund. Email us at contact@eyesites.com with your order number and a photo.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original frames for a refund and place a new order for the frame you want.
